Nature of services
Xidar Analytics provides mineral exploration intelligence, geospatial analysis, remote sensing interpretation, targeting logic, field-support coordination, and related technical advisory work. All outputs are interpretive and intended to support exploration decision-making rather than guarantee discovery or commercial success.
- Satellite and spatial analysis are probabilistic in nature.
- Exploration outcomes remain inherently uncertain.
- Targets and rankings are decision-support tools, not warranties of mineralization.
Scope, deliverables, and timelines
Project scope is defined through quotations, project briefs, invoices, service agreements, and written communications. Delivery dates are estimated in good faith, but can shift when data access, technical complexity, security conditions, regulatory constraints, or force majeure events affect execution.
- Additional scope may require revised pricing and timelines.
- Partial deliverables may be issued where appropriate during execution.
- Xidar may decline material scope changes that alter the original technical basis.
Client responsibilities and compliance
Clients remain responsible for the legality and operational basis of their projects. That includes maintaining valid permits, lawful access, accurate boundary data, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations in the project jurisdiction.
- Provide accurate coordinates, shapefiles, and project information.
- Maintain valid exploration rights, licenses, and authorizations.
- Respond promptly to technical requests that affect scope or timing.
Xidar reserves the right to request proof of authorization and to suspend work if legal or ethical concerns arise.
Intellectual property, confidentiality, and data use
Xidar retains ownership of its proprietary methodologies, ranking frameworks, cartographic systems, analytical workflows, and internal models. Client-provided raw data remains the client’s property, while derived analytical logic and processing systems remain Xidar’s intellectual property.
- Deliverables are licensed for lawful internal operational use after full payment.
- Clients may not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute proprietary systems without written permission.
- Confidential information is protected, subject to law and any applicable NDA.
Field, laboratory, and liability boundaries
Field verification, sampling, and assay coordination remain subject to safety, access, logistics, and third-party laboratory realities. Xidar does not guarantee laboratory outcomes, drilling success, resource continuity, economic recoverability, or investment performance.
- Field programs may be paused or declined where safety or access risks arise.
- Third-party laboratory delays or errors remain outside Xidar’s direct control.
- Maximum aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement.
By requesting services, making payment, or using deliverables, the client accepts these terms and acknowledges the speculative nature of exploration.
