Engagement Guidelines

How Xidar works with clients before, during, and after a technical engagement.

This page summarizes the operational, legal, and professional expectations that shape Xidar Analytics engagements, from initial scope through field support, sampling, and deliverable release.

Working model
One evidence chain from screening through field and lab continuity.
Permit responsibility
Clients remain responsible for licenses, access, and regulatory compliance.
Field support
Conditional on feasibility, safety, access, and lawful authorization.
Sampling standard
Traceability, documentation, and chain-of-custody matter.
How Xidar engagements are structured

Xidar’s services are designed to support mineral exploration decision-making through remote sensing, structural interpretation, GIS targeting, sampling support, and decision-grade reporting. The engagement model is built to reduce uncertainty before physical programs escalate in cost.

  • Regional screening and target ranking.
  • Field verification and sampling guidance.
  • Laboratory continuity and technical reporting.
Client eligibility and legal basis

Clients engaging Xidar for exploration-related work must ensure that the project area is legally accessible and that the necessary rights, permits, authorizations, and approvals are in place for the intended activity.

  • Exploration licenses and concession rights remain the client’s responsibility.
  • Land access, environmental approvals, and local permissions are not transferred to Xidar.
  • Xidar may decline or terminate work where legal authorization cannot be demonstrated.
Field verification and sample governance

Where field support is included, it remains subject to operational feasibility, security conditions, accessibility, and local regulatory realities. Sampling support depends on proper labeling, coordinates, photographs, field notes, and chain-of-custody discipline.

  • Field work may require separate quotations and operational review.
  • Improperly documented or contaminated samples may be rejected.
  • Third-party assay services remain subject to laboratory performance and scheduling.
Xidar reduces exploration uncertainty, but field, laboratory, and operational risk cannot be eliminated.
Deliverables, confidentiality, and ethical use

Deliverables may include technical reports, ranked targets, GIS files, map packages, dashboards, field dossiers, and investor-facing visuals. Confidential geological and commercial data is handled with care, while anonymized or generalized technical capability examples may be retained unless restricted by NDA.

  • Deliverables and methods stay tied to the agreed scope.
  • Clients may not use Xidar services for unlawful, unethical, or unauthorized activities.
  • Exploration decisions and commercial consequences remain the client’s responsibility.
